How It Works
What the Helpline Does
Campaign volunteers review requests, research possible next steps, and follow up when appropriate. We help residents understand their options, identify the right government office, and figure out where to start.
We are not a law firm, a government agency, or an emergency service. We cannot file documents on your behalf, represent you in legal proceedings, or guarantee any particular outcome. We also cannot extend official deadlines.
This is a free, campaign-operated resource. Anyone can contact us regardless of whether they support, volunteer for, or donate to the campaign.
